Hidden Gems USA is an independent digital guide project by Levan Mamulashvili. We bring together worthwhile public destinations, practical notes, and regional planning ideas to help you spend less time collecting tabs and more time deciding what you want to see.

California is our first edition, followed by New York and Washington State. The collection grows state by state as new guides are ready. We prefer a useful, carefully organized guide over a long list of places that do not fit together.

How we choose and research places

We look for a mix of landscapes, cultural interest, and manageable detours. “Hidden gem” is an editorial description, not a promise of secrecy or solitude. Some destinations are popular; others may be unfamiliar to you. We focus on established public access and respect closures and sensitive sites.

Place descriptions are researched against park, land-manager, and visitor organization information. Our visit windows and routes are editorial suggestions, not surveyed timings. We do not claim to have personally visited every destination. Official sources remain the authority for access, fees, permits, safety, and current conditions.

Real places, honestly presented

The guides and destination pages use real photographs of the named places, with visible attribution and license details. Daily blog covers are original AI-generated editorial illustrations, labeled clearly and never presented as photographs of an exact place. Images can predate the guide and do not prove current conditions. We do not use invented reviews, fabricated visitor experiences, or guaranteed crowd-free claims.

Our California, New York, and Washington State PDFs are each priced at $3.49 USD. Each contains 36 entries across six regional chapters, with links you can use before departure and notes you can read offline. Digital delivery, payment terms, and help are explained before checkout.
