Digital Download Refund Policy

Digital sales and change of mind
Because a delivered PDF can be kept and copied, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after successful digital delivery, except where required by applicable law. This policy is shown before payment. It does not remove statutory consumer rights or PayPal dispute rights.
Immediate delivery
At checkout you actively request immediate access to the PDF and acknowledge that an applicable cancellation right may end once digital delivery begins, where the law allows that result. If you do not want immediate delivery under these terms, do not complete checkout.
When to contact us
Email support if you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, paid but could not receive the file, received a corrupted or unreadable file, or believe the delivered product is materially different from its description. We will review the issue and provide a working file, replacement access, or a refund where appropriate or legally required.
How to request help
Send the guide name, PayPal transaction ID, purchase date, and a brief description to levanmamulashvili911@gmail.com. Do not send card details or passwords. If a download link expires, contact us for purchase verification and replacement access rather than paying again.
Before delivery and statutory remedies
Contact us promptly if you want to cancel before digital delivery has begun. We will consider the request under applicable law and the actual delivery status. If a mandatory cooling-off right, quality guarantee, or other consumer remedy applies, it takes precedence over this policy.
Travel changes
A closure, unfavorable weather, unavailable permit, or changed travel plan does not by itself make an accurately described PDF defective. The guide includes source links so you can check current conditions. This does not limit any remedy for materially incorrect or misleading product information.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method. Processing times and any currency conversion effects depend on PayPal and the payment provider. We do not guarantee a particular banking timeframe.
