Need help with a purchase?
Include your PayPal transaction ID, the guide name, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or screenshots containing unrelated financial information.
Paid, but no PDF?
Return to the completion page in the same browser and retry confirmation. If the payment is completed in PayPal but the page still cannot unlock the file, email support. Please do not pay a second time to solve a delivery problem.
Download expired?
Download access lasts 48 hours after confirmed payment. Save the file during that window. If you need a replacement link, email with your transaction ID so the purchase can be checked.
Found a correction?
Send the place name and an official source link if you have one. Access and opening information can change, so always check the land manager before travel.
Buying for someone else?
The standard purchase is for personal use. Contact us before buying licenses for a group or requesting redistribution rights.
